The warmth of a fire always brings clarity of mind and a pleasant calm. Firelight's Aglow is a West Coast inspired IPA that flickers along with balance and brightness. Chinook and Simcoe hops are featured in the dry hop for mellow citrus notes and a floral undertone.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: dark amber color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: pine, mixed citrusy hop tones, grapefruit, lemon and white grape-like hops
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet to bitter quality; finishes semi-bitter with a touch of dryness through the pine, grapefruit and white grape-like hops
Texture: medium bodied, slightly sessionable; some smoothness but also some hop bitterness assertiveness which was quaint
Overall: pretty nicely done West coast styled IPA I could repeat.

Poured slight hazed yellow orange. Lots of fruit and a bit juicier than your average wc ipa. Pretty good though

Can at home. Yellow pour slightly cloudy and large bright white head. Nose is pine and citrus. Tastes of grapefruit, white grapes, oregano, other herbs, doughy, pine. Medium bodied and bitterness. Sweetish finish.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. White head with medium retention recedes to mottle surface leaving sheet lacing. Weed and pine aromas. Medium bodied with lemon joy, sour multigrain and pine upfront turning to super elastic bubble plastic in the dry, lasting finish.

16 oz. can. Dated: 06-28-21. ( got this just in time ). Aroma is soft fruits with a very mild herb underneath. The flavor still displays a nice peach or apricot hand with very soft pine in herb on the backend. Bitterness is low with a very mild hint of juice. Dry texture that leads to a soft herb finish. Another well made brew from this brewer.
