Bottle. Pours clear straw, medium white head, good lacing. Aroma is dusty, hay, brett. Flavor is dry, sharp, brett, mineral notes, hint of lemon. Lint lingering aftertaste. This one did not improve with age. Light body, high carbonation

Pour is a lemonaide look alike with a fizzy white head. Aroma is a beautiful brett funk with some lemon. Flavor is more big bretty funks with some lemon tartness. Finish leaves some funk and tartness on the tongue. I did not get anything from the oak but this is a brett bomb if that's your thing. Another bargain bin pickup, bottled in December 2020.

750 purchased at the brewery - turbid gold with lively carbonation - lovely floral nose that combines spicy, herbal hops with moderate Brett funk - wonderfully dry, bitter, floral - touches of oak compliment the moderate Brett phenols - finish is peppery and dry - light tropical notes throughout - lovely beer.

Green City: pours some pale murk with small head. Aroma is funky, lightly fruited, maybe a fleur. Taste is not to be expected from the nose. Super dry. Lightly bitter. Kind of earthy. Like two different beers altogether.

Bottle shared at the Henry - picked up at Premier Gourmet. Pours unclear yellow-gold with a thick, frothy white head. Great aroma, nice funk, lemon peel, hay bales, yeast. Light sweet flavour, clean, with dry and funky farmhouse yeast, further citrus peel, straw, nips of grass. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Quite clean in the finish, lightly drying, more lemon peel, dried wheat, musty farm, faint grapefruit, dank hay bales, a little poo. Pretty great funky saison.

750 ml bottle from the brewery. Aroma is bretty, dusty, lemon rind. Pours hazy golden with a thick long sustaining off white champagne like head. Taste is really dry with a lightly bitter hoppy character. Extremely foamy champagne like mouthfeel. Quality.

750 mL bottle, picked up at the brewery, and poured during the Superbowl. I’m sure I had this at some point along the way, but can’t be sure. Cloudy pale yellow pour with a patchy foam head. Brett heavy beer here. Brett and citrus aroma. Flavor is dry, citrus fruit, some lemon, orange, lingering Brett finish. A very tasty beer. I can drink a ton of this.
