750ml bottle at Jonnyβs during Eclipses 2016 tasting. Pours a murky pale golden with a white head. Aroma is bretts, very flowery, funky. Taste is pretty the same. Fairly good.

Tasting at Mattβs; 6.5% ABV
Cloudy blond color with generous head. Nice funky yeast aroma. Well carbonated, dry, astringent mouthfeel, with strong bitter orange peel character, funky yeast, Brett, and astringent character. Even too much aggressive in the final.

Cloudy and pale. Aroma is brett, galaxy...oh yeah, Iβm totally going to hate this. Good bitterness, nice gooseberry galaxy, light yeasty character, There isnβt a huge amount of complexity, but it has a nice character like white IPA with brett.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma is lovely, with a great mix of brett, oak, Belgian yeast, farmhouse funk, and lovely floral hopping. Flavour is quite vivacious, with a nice mix of dry floral hopping, farmhouse yeast, a little funk, and dry woody oak. Lovely mix of the aforementioned notes. Excellent brett saison.

Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is barrel funk, grains. Taste is sweetish, oak sugar, milky, a bit green and bland. Silky mouthfeel. Not excellent.

Bottle shared by luttonm @Bir&Fud (Rome). Pours golden, a bit unclear, with a decent white head. Aroma is yeasty, hay, brett, yellow fruits, apricot, lemon, nice. Flavour is rich and complex, medium to light sweet with a good bitter end, light astringency. Medium body, medium carbonation. A great saison!

Bottle from my lovely wife. The version I am rating says 6.5% vice the 5.1% listed on this RB page. Clear golden with a fizzy white head. Sweet lemon, musty, a bit of hay, bitter hops, light oak. Finishes dry and bitter. Nice complexity and great taste. Highly enjoyable.

Bottle courtesy of luttonm consumed at B&F in Rome-Italy. Pours cloudy yellow bright, adhesive white foam. Nose: sweet lemonade, citric, mojto. Mouth: a but young, easy, a bit astringent, lemon zest. Nice but requires more time to improve. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
