As we’re gradually edging closer and closer toward a core range finally dropping, we wanted to make a little end of summer showcase to some of our favourite hops of 2021 in a series that we hope will become a yearly release every August. After coming firmly to our attention last year, the freshest crop of Bru-1 we’ve been able to get our hands on this year is just next level. Positively bursting with freshly cut pineapple chunks, this beer is absolutely bursting at the seams with high tropical and low bitterness juice. Sweet, but not cloying, and full bodied, but not thick; this is a hop varietal perfectly suited to the lower strength smashability of a pale ale. Wrapped up in our bespoke in-house strain of LA3, our Late Summer is off to a blinder.
