Bottle 500ml. @ [ Scooper Tasting ], Ulfborg, Denmark. [ As Berg Weizen-Bock ].ABV: 7.1%. Unclear matt medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, weizen yeast, banana. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, weizen yeast, banana, sweet malt. (bottle) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a blond and thick foamy head. Yeasty, present wheat character with fruity notes of banana and bearable phenolic spices of cloves. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a quite creamy and mealy mouthfeel. Distinctively banana-fruity taste with present wheaty notes and shades of clovy spice; moderately sweet and delicately tart finish with muted alcoholic notes. Clean and well-made Weizenbock. 10.I.17

50cl bottle. Pours hazy dark golden colour with a huge and creamy good lasting off-white head. Aroma of strong wheat malt, clove, spices, some fruits. Taste of ripe banana, quite sweet, fruits, wheat, some clove, nice!

Cloudy golden with little white head. Aroma is artificial banana, lots of yeasts, salad, unripe green stuff. Taste is juicy yeasts, sour, malty chalky base. Juicy, but not so smooth due to the sour yeasts.
