Opkaldt efter sommerspiret på Møns Klint – den tårnhøje kridtformation, der styrtede i havet i 1988. Som kontrast til det hvide kridt er denne øl sort - dybsort. Men smagen er let, og man aner en tone af chokolade sammen med den ægte lakrids.

For at bevare de fine smagsmønstre har vi valgt at lade denne øl være ufiltreret og upasteuriseret. Herved kan der opstå en smule uskadeligt bundfald.

Bottle.Black colour with large beige.Aroma of licorice and herbs mild sweet but still spicy warming and sweet finish.

Bottle @ Home. Pours very dark brown with a creamy tan head. Aroma of lightly roasted malt, cocoa, chocolate, light licorice. Flavor is light sweet, roast malt, caramel, cocoa, sweet licorice. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, sweet finish. 070419

33 cl bottle. Near black with a creamy lghtly tanned head. Sweet aroma with liqourice, chocolate and dark malts. Taste is sweet. Sweet finish with all sorts liqourice. Nice Stout.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours black with a reddish hue and a creamy, light brown head. Distinct licorice aroma atop some subtle roasted malts. Rather solid body, the roastiness is somewhat downplayed and only the vehicle for the intense, sweet licorice. Dry finish. Indeed a licorice beer! 021115

Bottle - black pour witn small tan head. Aroma and taste is prominent liquorice, dark roasted malty, caramel and choc.

Botled. A black beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, liqurice, and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of liqurice, chocolate, and roasted malt, leading to a dry roasted finish.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is liqourice and roasted dark malty. Sweet, solid liqourice and salty. Sweet and dense liqourice.
