Bottle. It’s a clear, a bit pale golden beer with a finger-thick white head sitting on top. Quite weak nose, fruity and malty. The flavor is on the sweet side, grainy and fruity and with a faint sickingly note. A little bitterness too, and especially in the finish it’s not enough of it. Medium body, quite dry. A decent beer, but it lacks on quenching qualities. 100101

Bottled (thanks DerDoppelbock). Bottle drank under the stairs with fonefan & co in 2007 after the weekend of spontaneous fermentation. Yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is salty, harsh malts and some hops. Flavour is sweet malts as well as some slight sweetish and grassy hoppy notes. Smooth.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts mild, modest spicy, nice hoppy notes, not too intense. Well balanced, round finish, modest wheaty. Really good pils.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Mild dry malty and light bittering hops coming through in the aroma. Light sweet malty flavoured with a light caramel note and a delicate bitterness. Crisp bitter and malty finish. Good.

Big coarseish offwhite shiny head. Yellow body. Very little aroma. Sweetish grassy spicy taste with grainy notes. Dry chalky grassy aftertaste with lemony notes. A bit watery. Lacking in body. Charmless, boring. No obvious flaws. (0.3l draft at Hotell Gosequell, Goslar.)

Bottle courtesy of ozujsko (thanks!) Poured a gold-yellow colour with a small fluffy white head that went fast. Distinct honeyish nose, some weak agrumey hops... not bad. The taste, however isn’t en par with the taste. Watery, nice honeyish notes that are soon gone and replaced by saltiness, a tad of lime and a touch of hops and a weak weak touch of alcohol. Had far better German Pilseners.
