A speciality beer with a unique additive in the form of natural juice from the ripe Mirabelle plum. When poured into a stemmed glass, it proudly presents its beautiful, golden and amber colour accompanied by a unique aroma and a flavour reminiscent of a warm summer evening spent in the garden.

Peach and plum nose. Hazy amber, medium head. Sweet plum, hay underneath. Peach overtones. Medium body, easy carbonation. A tad cloying, but natural.

500 ml bottle into pint glass, best before 3/24/2018. Pours slightly hazy deep golden/amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and rock white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big juicy plum, apricot, golden raisin, lemon, pear, red apple, melon, fruit jam, honey, wheat, candi sugar, light herbal, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance of plum nectar, fruity yeast, and pale malt/sugar sweetness; with great strength. Taste of big juicy plum, apricot, golden raisin, lemon, pear, red apple, melon, fruit jam, honey, wheat, candi sugar, light herbal, and yeast earthiness. Very mild herbal bitterness and fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of juicy plum, apricot, golden raisin, lemon, pear, red apple, melon, fruit jam, honey, wheat, candi sugar, light herbal, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Very nice robustness and balance of plum nectar, fruity yeast, and pale malt/sugar sweetness; with a solid malt/bitter/tartness balance; and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Slightly increasing dryness from bitter/tartness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, creamy/grainy, and slightly sticky/tangy mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.1%. Overall this is a delicious fruit beer! All around nice nice robustness and balance of plum nectar, fruity yeast, and pale malt/sugar sweetness; very smooth, flavorful, and refreshing to drink; with the very mildly tart/bitter finish. More of a dessert fruit beer, but it's not too overpowering. Extremely jammy fruit flavors with balanced wheat/sugary sweetness. Very unique, but really well done. Never had a Mirabelle plum before; very similar to an apricot, but more sweet and not as tangy. A very enjoyable offering.

Medium, dense, fine, slightly yellowish head, irregular, over finely carbonated orange-ochre beer. Fruitsyrup, canned fruit on syrup, bit liqueurish, but mainly artificial. Mirabelles... yes. Fruity, shortlived hint at sourishness, even short(er) bitterness, but ending hopelessly sweet-syrupy. Yellow plums from the tin can, caramel added. Quite spritzy, bit syrupy-slick, well-carbonated for some balance. Canned mirabelles on syrup, fermented. Minus the fruits. Inspired by the worst Belgian "fruitella’s?". Txs to Aga & dad!

Bottle. Light amber colour, minimal head. Aroma of fresh yellow plum, apart from this nothing that can be associated with beer - perhaps a little bit of wheat. Light sweetness, light sourness. Does not taste like a beer - it’s not bad as a fruity beverage though.
