We made this beer somewhat darker, with a toastier character. Adding to that, we have infused it, with Cinnamon, Ginger, and Bitter Orange peel, to get it in shape for the winter season. And since Citrus fruits, for some reason, belongs to the winter in Kiruna, we have hopped it with Mandarina Bavaria. Embrace the cold darkness with this mid-winter brew. The beer can be relished alone or enjoyed as a complement to the traditional northern gluttony.
