Hazy yellow pour with a lasting white head, aromas of citrus, apple, herbs; tastes similar of of citrus, apple, herbs, bananas, some grass/hay and cloves. Interesting - not as heavy on the bananas and cloves as others. Extra points for being organig and vegan.

Draft at the source. Pours hazy orange gold with an decent sized crown that soon fades to lacing. Aroma is wheat malt and yeast, with very little of the usual banana. (not necessarily a bad thing) Taste is mild, some sweetness, with clove and fruity undertones. Refreshing.

Bottle, courtesy of Koelschtrinker, many thanks! Hazy orangeish color with white head. Aroma is grainy, bubblegum, some spices. Taste is bubblegum and quite a grainyness. Light-bodied. Not a fan of this Weizen style.

* Old rating, 0,5l, best before 25.05.06. Fruchtig-milder Antrunk. Schön hefig mit einer frischen Fruchtigkeit. Kaum Banane, dafür leicht säuerlich und sehr süffig. Frisch-hefiger, leicht säuerlicher und kaum herber Nachgeschmack.

0,5 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! Now it´s called "Hefe-Weißbier Hell". Medium unclear yellow with a medium head in the glass. Herb yeasty on the nose. Tastes wheaty, less yeast and banana, little bit dry and low bitterness in the aftertaste. Not bad.

Bottle bought at the brewery. Looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, malty-yeasty, fine fruity like apricot, modest sweet. Well balanced finish. Quite drinkable. Nice!
