Keg at CBC SMA - London. Pours completely clear yellow-gold with a small, creamy white head. The aroma holds pae biscuits, lager malts, a little straw. Lightly sweet, with more pleasant biscuit character, mild bitter hay, hints of ripening lemon and honey. Light bodied with average carbonation. Good balance at the conclusion of it all, with continuing biscuity character, relaxed bitterness, touches of cereal, crackers and straw. A rather clean and very drinkable lager.
