Imperial Mango & Lychee Sour
Josh from Ridgeside brewery came up to us to brew this mega fruit bomb of an imperial sour. We took a base of pale malt and oats to fill out the mouthfeel and used some Sour Pitch to sour the beer down to 3.4PH in the kettle. We then added 200kg of fruit into the fermenter for an absolutely thick as you like imperial sour! Expect summer vibes, some cheesy Shakira references and all round good times!

Hugely chunky, tons of floaters. First pours were mixed well, rest of the can a mess. Actually some big chunks remained that couldn't be drunk. The liquid is pretty tasty, nice tartness and a lot of tropical fruityness. Lychee, mango, sweet.
