This cider is equal parts Granny Smith and Newtown-Pippin apples. This was the first year our farm had enough of each of these two biannual varieties to juice them as stand alone! Crisp, light, honeyed. Made with our family’s Certified Organic fruit.

Medium gold body with modest carbonation and minimal foam. Kind of a meaty apple aroma, soft sharp sweetness. Taste is chewy green apple, vinous, ends bone dry with lingering sweetness. A nice blend, feels very green, but working well.
