Our Helles brewed with 100% Haná malt, a Czech malting barley variety grown by Crisp Maltings down in Norfolk. This beer was made in the same style as the Lager Bere we brewed earlier in the year. Very little hops used, keeping it as clean as possible and letting the flavour of the malt take centre stage.
