Hell hefiger, leicht bananiger Antrunk. Süffig mit grasigem Hopfen, der sich zum Mittelteil steigert. Geringe Bitterkeit. Gefällt. 11/12/10/9//10

Gourmet-Flasche: Light amber coloured, hazy, small and stable off-white head; mild to moderate toasty-fruity nose, some hops floatin’ around, some wheat underneath; mild to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, almost medium bodied and pretty soft; slightly lingering sweetish-toasty finish with a modest hoppy touch. O.K., but I ’d prefer a Seidla from Schlammersdorf…

(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, murky amber colour with a beige and big foamy head. Bready malty and delicately wheaty aroma with notes of green bananas, caramel, as well as grassy and delicately citric and piney hops. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. A tad slim (cara-)malty base with notes of wheat, banana and mildly yeasty spice, grassy and delicately fruity and piney hops tune in towards the mildly sweet and delicately bitter finish. Nice Wheat Ale for the summer time. 15.XI.15

Amberish tinted medium head over hazy amber-ochre beer. USA hops, citrus, grapefruit, passion fruit. More of the same in the taste; with rosewater, making it sweeter than the nose suggested. Light body, quite some wheatslickness, nearly overcarbonated. Utterly un-German Hefeweizen.
