Can. A reddish dark reddish brown beer with a beige head. The aroma is quite coffeeish and roasted, with a touch of burnt malts. It's medium bodied and softly carbonated, quite sweet, with mostly roasted and coffeeish flavors. Burnt malts, some dark chocolate and a leathery hint. Medium length finish. Not very exciting this one, and suffering from the low ABV. 211219

Can from Gulating. Clear dark brown body under a short living beige head. Aroma has lots of chocolate and some dark malt. Taste is smoot and sweet dark malt, mild roast, milk chocolate, mocha and hint of vanilla. Decent body for the strength and same aftertaste. Not bad at all.

Luke 8, en 0,33 boks delt med Kitty: brunsvart med fint skum som varer. Behagelig aroma og mye smak (for et øl i butikkstyrke) av mørk melkesjokolade, moccabønner og litt kokos(!). Mild og god bitterhet i avslutningen. Mersmak fra okka by.

170ml draught at Ølhallen. Tiny fawn-coloured head leaving crocheted lacing on the glass, pitch black body. Inviting smell of earthy chocolate, a peaty touch to it. Rounded taste profile of cocoa and chocolate malts. Ends with decent roasted bitterness. Medium bodied. Pretty good. (Tromsø 08.11.2021).

Svart. Lavt mokkafarget skum som raskt blir skumring. Aroma av sjokolade & kaffe. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken melkesjokolade. Vel søt. Litt vanilje i avslutninga. Mye smak for prosenten.

Can at home. Pours dark brown with beige head. Aroma of chocolate, coffee, cacao, some roasted notes. Tastes slightly sweet with little bitterness. Medium bodied. A bit too much on the sweet side for me, but still OK.
