Bottle pour at Medivarna. Pours clear blonde. Light honey on the nose. Flavour has slightly caramel-like honey character, a bit boozy. Very nice, but not the best.

(Bottle sample at Medovinárna, Prague, 19 July 2023) Golden colour, slightly hazy, no head. Fruity, floral nose with honey, grass, flowers and sweaty socks. Fruity, sweet taste with notes of honey, flowers and hints of spices. Medium body, sweet. Tasty and well balanced mead, hides the alcohol level fairly well. Quite nice.

Bottle sample at the Mead Museum, pours a clear pale golden blonde. Aroma almost has a somewhat funky character to the honey. Flavour is medium-to-heavy sweet, with a pleasant honey nectar, light beeswax and an ever-so-slight wild character lingering in the background. Pleasant indeed but not a top-tier mead.

Pours clear, 'aged gold' color. Scent is strong, peppery almost , honey. definately to the rough side, but still very enjoyable. Taste is full, sweet indeed. Natural honey, with some 'aged' like factor as well. Remining me of some Polish ones. Very nice. perhaps not overly unique or memorable though, but who can complain for the price they charge ??? even seperately from that, it's just very enjoyable.
