Light beer based on barley malt, wheat and rye with a special spice of coriander and citrus fruits of the Amalfi tana coast. Straw yellow color, slightly veiled. The foam is white, very fine and persistent. The spicy and citric notes are very evident on the nose. The sip has a slightly sweet entrance and continues with a good acidity accompanied by citric notes and the final dryness, which together with a slight sparkling, makes the drink refreshing and thirst-quenching.

4th June 2010. Bottle in a Grado Plato beershop. Hazy pale gold beer. Good frothy white head. Light semi dry palate. Fresh clean malt with a pleasant Sorrento lemon blossiming from the mid to the finish. Refreshing lemon in the aftertaste. Really hit the spot as is started heating up in Rome!

Bottle in Gradi Plato bottleshop at RBESG Rome Day 2. Hazy yellow colour, big white head. Aroma of lemon, fruity, malty. Flavour is sweet creamy lemon, coriander, very soft, lemony finish. Light to medium bodied. Liked this a lot, even though it’s very one-sided lemony.

Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma has strong notes of lemon with light notes wheat in the background. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of lemon as lighter notes of wheat and a touch of spices, leading to a dry lemony and wheat finish. The body is light.

chiara abbastanza velata buona schiuma un po grossolana discretamente persistente il naso molto invitante fresco agrumi anche un po floreale e speziato armonico tentende un po al "dolce" in bocca ritorna la senzazione dolce piuttosto morbida rinfrescante citrica ma non molto intensa ma discreta persitenza
