deep fiery red color. Nice dried strawberries and citrus notes. Nice balance a bit leafy. Doesn’t shine as much as I hoped. Nice
Beautiful fruitness. Nice malty sweetness at the back too. Lovely stuff

Baeren Red Innovation Lager: Dry Hopping Cascade 5.5% Reddish brown with a thin beige head of foam and s caramel malty aroma complemented by minty herbal hoppiness. At first the hops didn’t play that well with the malts but it grew on me. Not as nice as the centennial last nice but still really good.

Bottle, mail order from the brewery. Big lemony cascade nose. Chocolatey malt, some caramel, bread. A bit of herb or mint. Deep reddish brown, clear, pretty, tall head. Rich malt. Toasty, caramel, chocolate. Herbal. For cascade, these hops are quite grassy and less citrus than expected. Malt seems a bit roasty too. Crisp. Good stuff, though not as nice as the Centennial was.
