Cloudy gold with tight white head, loads of lacing. Kept at very cold temperatures. Caramel, herbs, citrus zest, some pine bitterness. Very tasty despite freezing my mouth off.

11/9/2024. Tap at Sommar Bar Waterloo Street, Birmingham. Tap #15. Pours golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma is citrus, orange, mango, papaya, grainy, malts. Medium sweetness, moderate developing bitterness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Liked this.

Tap at Sommar Bar Waterloo Street, Brum. Aroma is sweet and juicy. Slightly opaque gold. Thin foamy white head. Medium bitter. Tart citrus. Develops sweet fruit into the finish but the bitterness remains throughout. Light. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry finish. Billed as a gold and would definitely be marketed as a SIPA by an old school brewery, although they'd be less liberal with the hops.

5th August 2023, AndyTF2 Stag Do. Sommar Bar, Brum, half-pint (keg). White head on a clean and clear golden body. Citrusy nose with a malty twist, taste also malty and citrusy, nice blend though.

Draught keg at Sommar Leicester. Mid-gold and clear with a large thick white head leaving lots of lacing. Light aroma, malty with light stone fruit hop, some iced tea. Basic but fantastic little taste with just enough dry hop to keep you interested. Orange bitters and sweet cooking spice. More iced tea and some toffee in the finish. Watery body with almost no carbonation. It's surprisingly good for the style.

Keg at Sommar tap, Waterloo St Bingohame, 12/02/22. Clear golden blonde with a decent white cap. Nose is grassy, juicy citric flesh, mango pulp, soft malts. Taste comprises tangerine, melon, mixed tropical fruits, mango, papaya. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Not bad.
