Feines helles Malz aus zweizeiliger bayerischer Sommergerste sowie die kalte, lange Lagerung verleihen dem Exquisit seine feine Würze - die süffige Note betont der Hallertauer Hopfen.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts a little bit metallically and dry, but also fine hoppy. Finish modest spicy and a little bit sourish. Not bad!

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a big and dense but not very persistent foamy white head. Sweetish grainy and slightly papery nose with faint notes of herbal hops. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a medium carbonation. Malty, slightly papery taste with shy herbal notes; sweetish malty finish with a very light bitterness (02.05.07).

Bottle (by kind permission of joss !) Slightly hazy, mid-sized fluffy and lacing white head; sweetish-grainy, strawy nose with a tinge of herbal hops in the wings; light sweetish-bitter flavour, relatively light bodied; a tinge of alcohol in the grainy-bitter finish. A quite bland Helles..........

Bottle. Pale golden, low head. Light grainy aroma laced with bittering hops. Lightbodied pilsnerish profile, not particulary exiting.
