Doomrider DIPA is a new double dry hopped double IPA with a bit more restrained sweetness and a pronounced citrus peel-like bitterness. Built on a foundation of @crispmaltings outstanding Extra Pale Ale malt and pillowy Naked Oats, we then hopped this beast with a trifecta of the finest and juiciest hops we could find; Mosaic, Moutere & Vic Secret.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Hazy copper colour, mid sized head. Aroma of careamel and mango, Sweet with medium to full body and rounded, oily mouthfeel. Hionety and caramel, mango,pineapple and tangerine. Low bitterness in a mildly warming finish.

[ As Apex Doomrider DIPA ].
ABV: 8.0%. Murky matt medium to light yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, oat, moderate to heavy hoppy, tropical fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration, wheat, oat, tropical fruit, fruity hops, minerals, citrus - citrus peel, celery. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20220204]

Draught, taster. @MBCC 2021, Copenhagen (Denmark). 23/10/2021 [#4.461 Global - #107 Sweden - #1 Apex Brewing Company (My Swedish Brewery #30)] Deep golden colour with a small off-white head. Pineapple, tropical fruits, lactose and resin. Tasty and fresh. Next one please!

Smell of hops, overripe fruit. Opaque lemon colour, high white head. Aroma of citrus, overripe fruit, booze. Mostly sweet. Medium carbon. Unimpressive.
