Chocolate Covered Chernobyl takes the same Chernobyl base and adds in Madagascar vanilla beans, toasted criollo cacao nibs, and toasted coconut, resulting in a somersault of complexity. Cherries dominate the nose and entry palate, leading to a lingering creamy dark chocolate end palate with ample coconut and vanilla.
