Cherries and chocolate, what’s not to like? Chocolate Covered Chernobyl takes the same Chernobyl base and adds in Madagascar vanilla beans, toasted criollo cacao nibs, and toasted coconut, resulting in a somersault of complexity. Cherries dominate the nose and entry palate, leading to a lingering creamy dark chocolate end palate with ample coconut and vanilla.

Dark red, slightly brownish. Heavy alcohol smell at first, but then followed by brandy soaked cherries. Not particularly thick, but sticky enough, and warming and boozy. Taste is sweet first, followed by a tartness. Plenty cherry, chocolate covered ones.
