Sample at the brewpub during the Bottle Release on 08/28/2015. Slightly hazy pinkish-garnet color with a medium off-white head that evaporates steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of tart berries, funky yeast and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of blueberries, earthy yeast, doughy malt and subtle peach. The finish is moderately sour with a berry aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
