当時の主要麦芽であるUK産Chevallierはコクのあるモルティフレーバー。カラメル風味とスモーク麦芽のアクセントが効いた奥行きある味わい。セッションビア(4.5%)なのにしっかりボディと滑らかな口あたり。チャレンジャーホップのハーブやスパイスの風味、UK酵母のフルーティーな香りが爽やか。
伝統を踏襲しながらモダンにアレンジしたビター。

Yeast: Verdant IPA

Copper with a tall white head. Aroma is powerful smoke notes, ham, and salty. Medium bodied. The smoke is somewhat restrained in the flavor, yet still very forward leaning. Some crisp hop notes in the background. Sweet and fruity under all that salted ham smoke. Not my style but it is done well.

Tap at Rabbit Hutch. Slightly hazy amber-orange. Toasty caramel malt nose, bready. Light spicy hops. Bready, dry flavor, light caramel, not very sweet. Spicy hops in the finish.
