First up: Two Rabbits Seven Rabbits BA Farmhouse Ale 8% Lovely orange gold with thick light beige foam and a malty sweet aroma with orange, oak and whiskey notes. Full bodied and velvety smooth - it has a really soft mouthfeel I enjoy. The taste is big barrel character with loads of malt notes to mellow it out. When I hear farmhouse I think spicy/estery flavors/aromas which I’m not getting. This is a really nice beer that clearly says I’m barrel aged but is still soft and approachable. Fantastic label as well.
Lovely stuff, sherry cherry and funky loveliness

Can. Rich malt in the nose, plus funk from the yeast and the barrel. I get some sherry and some sake. Hazy deep orange. Deeply funky kviek flavor, citrus, very creamy light a lacto fermentation might have started int eh barrel. Vanilla notes, grass, sherry, honey. Wonderful.
