The bottle looks really great. Beer in the glass modest turbid, nice small head. Starts mild, modest dry, not too hoppy, fine malty. Finish with spicy notes, still modest dry, also with a sweet touch. Well balanced finish, very drinkable. Great beer!

12/10/11/9/13/11

(draught at the brewery opening weekend) Cloudy, yellow colour with a dense, medium-sized foamy white head. Yeasty, moderately sweet worty and grainy aroma with a distinctively herbal and slightly grassy hoppy touch, accompanied by notes of draff. Light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Initially yeasty and sweet greenish malty taste, drying out a little bit towards the grainy and surprisingly bitter hoppy finish with herbal and nettle-like spice. The beer lacks obviously maturation but has a nice and present hops-character (07.09.08).

Bottle (0.75 l): Cloudy, pale golden with a visible carbonation; stable mid-sized fluffy head; grainy-yeasty nose, combined with a good dash of aromatic hops; soft, creamy MF, moderate bitter-sweet flavour; lingering aromatic hoppy and sweetish yeasty finish. Far better than the usual german Hausbrauerei-fizz........
