Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 13/12/21. Golden amber pour with a moderate off white cap. Nose is sweet malts, caramel, brown sugar sprinkle, light herb, waffle mix. Taste comprises sweet malts, icing sugar, hint of vanilla, salted caramel donut mix, light booze. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a spike of alcohol. Not bad for a white stout but a touch on the sweet side for my liking.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A mostly clear caramel amber coloured pour with a halo of off white head. Aroma is sticky toffee, vanilla, Victoria sponge, orange rind, caramel, camp coffee. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, toffee, jammy Victoria sponge, vanilla, mellow coffee. Palate is medium sweet, sticky, mellow carbonation. I dig it.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Hazy deep golden. Caramel, coffee, vegetal, a bit of cocoa, sweet, a bit of weird sourness and bitterness.

Can. An almost clear dark golden colored beer with a dense light beige head. The aroma has loads of caramel and caramel sauce, the saltyness feels like it's even in the aroma, along with dark chocolate, alcohol and some roasted malts. It's full-bodied, sticky-sweet and lightly warming on the palate, with a caramel sauce driven flavor. Brown sugar, a pleasant salty touch and some dark chocolate in the flavor. Lasting caramel finish. Delicious this one, even though it feels sort of artificial after a while, when it gets a bit warmer. 210701
