A firm favourite, fans of the New England Pale style will not be disappointed. Tropical fruit and peach flavours come through from the carefully selected hops. A very well balanced big hitter. Added oats result in a smooth mouthfeel. Fans of a fruitier style of Pale Ale will relish this excellent unfined and unfiltered beer.

330ml can from Honest Brew. Pours a hazy yellow-gold with moderate sized white head which settles quite quickly. Aroma is soft pillowy malts, grain, citrus, pineapple. Taste is semi-sweet, very citrusy with a zesty tang, background soft malts, dry mineral finish. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry. Good.

Keg at the Big Smoke bar, Luton Airport, 08/06/23. Moderately hazed golden orange with a decent white head. Nose is orange zest, grass, melon, pine needle, soft malts. Taste comprises papaya, grass, hint soapy, tangerine, light breads, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with light juicy hop bitterness. Okay pale just let down a little by a soapy edge.

Can online from Beer 52, Edinburgh. Sampled Dec 2021. Pours hazed gold with a white cap. Aroma: grapefruit, citrus zest, stone fruits. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter, lemon zest, pineapple, grapefruit. Medium body with soft carbonation.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours rather pale gold and hazy, with medium-gross white foam. Aroma is delicately citrus, mandarin. Body is slightly thin, with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately bitter. Finally is fairly short.

Draft at Beerheadz Lincoln. Hazy toi cloudy yellow golden colour with no real head. Aroma and taste are zesty slight bitter and tropical, hints of juice. Light crisp body.

Appearance is golden, some haze, with a big foamy 2-3 finger head. Aroma is pineapple, orange, hoppy piney fruits. Taste is hops, pine, citrus fruit hints, smooth wheaty malt, bitter hops, clingy fruity finish.
