Bottle. Orange color, cloudy. Rye and tangerine in the aroma. Grainy sweet flavor with rye, skimmed milk and lemon. Silky and velvety, but also a prickly mouthfeel. Lemon in the aftertaste. Very nice beer.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy and opaque golden with a dense, creamy off-white head leaving some lacework. Sweetish aroma of banana and yeast - perhaps a little caramel also. Medium body, fruit and caramel accents. Unusual but interesting. 190209

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of wheat and burnt caramel. The flavor is sweet malty and wheaty, with some burnt caramel notes, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Is the burnt notes from the rye.

(bottle) Cloudy, amber colour with a thick, light-beige foamy head. Smells like a dark Weizenbock: sweet dark and quite strong toasty malt aroma with caramel and a distinctive touch of rye(-bread), accompanied by a touch of dried fruits. Light-sweet flavour, quite slim bodied with a moderate carbonation. Dark malty and toasty taste with caramel and dried fruits; a bit slim toasty and slightly fruity finish. Not bad (30.06.08).
