Growler shared in Watford - cheers! Pours clear honey-gold with a small, bubbly white head. Light sweet flavour with some toasted pale malts, a little dough, English yeast, grains. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with more pale grains, leafy bitterness. So so.

26/9/2020. Bottle shared with SHIG, bought at 3at3, Ely. Now brewed by Barsham Brewery. Pours clear bright pale amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of sweet malt, hops, fruit, toffee, biscuit. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Medium body, slight creamy texture, average carbonation. Quite decent.

Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Appearance - amber with good lacing. Nose - caramel biscuits. An edge of chocolate. Taste - more of the same. Palate - medium bodied, crunchy texture, reasonably clean on the finish. Overall - quite typical for the style.
