What is Bouncy House? It’s the next step in our quest to brew the perfect low-alcohol, high-flavor, hoppy American ale. We learned a few things from brewing ParadoX earlier this year, like lowering the alcohol content and avoiding the terms "session" and "IPA." When you taste Bouncy House, you’ll taste a modest malt bill of North American 2-row, British pale ale malt, C-60 and Aromatic malt mashed for a refreshingly light body that leaves plenty of spotlight for a melange of Warrior, Calypso, El Dorado and Citra hops.

Bouteille: Golden, hazy, smaller stable off-White head, quite solid, quite dry grapefruity nose, supported by a tinge of honeyish pale malt; dry moderate to solid bitter flavour, slightly balanced by a Little sweetness, pretty light bodied; lingering dry grapefruity-hoppy finish with delicate peachy traces. Decent, but not a first-class beer...

Bottle from Harvest Market, Bedford NH. Aroma is resinous and piney hops over bread and hay and yeasty dough. Appearance is cloudy golden yellow with small, white, fluffy head, significant foamy lacing and massive sparkle. Taste is medium fruity sweet followed by light bitter and sour. Palate is medium bodied with slightly slick texture, greater than average carbonation and arid, abrupt, slightly fruity finish.
