Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma.Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are hops, fruits, flowers, malt and has a nice hoppy finish.

Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 050425

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is citrus, orange, fruity hop, some pine and grapefruit, pale malt. Flavour is moderate bitter with some sweetness. Body is medium. Okay, lacks juiciness.

Cremiger Schaum. Trockener süß / fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich hopfig bitter, Fruchtigkeit für ein modernes IPA eher im Mediumbereich angesiedelt. Ein Hauch von angebranntem Karamell, Spuren von trockenem Retsina. Schmeckt schon ganz gut und hat ne recht „erwachsene“ Grundausrichtung. Wäre mir aber auf Dauer etwas zu herb. Ist auf alle Fälle nicht so lieblich und überschwänglich fröhlich fruchtig wie das kleine Vögelchen auf dem Etikett vermuten lassen würde.

Flasche 0,33l: Bernstein, leicht orange, dezente Trübung, sehr kräftiger + sehr stabiler feinporiger Schaum; sehr fruchtige + würzige Nase, leichte Süße, würzige Hopfennoten, kräutrig/floral, leicht harzig, Zitrusnoten, exotische Früchte, Maracuja, Grapefruit, Orangenschale, kräftig Malz, etwas Karamell, kräftige Hefearomen, fruchtig-würzige Bitterkeit; sehr fruchtiger + würziger Körper, kräftige Hopfennoten, Kräuter, leicht harzig, exotische Früchte, Orangenschale, Grapefruit, Malz, cremig, mittlere Kohlensäure, kräftige Hefearomen; fruchtig-würziger Nachgang

0,33 l bottle. Murky yellow golden in the glass with a more than one finger white foamy head. Intensive citrus and resin aroma. Taste starts with a lot of tropical biter hop, grape, pale grain, yeast. Dry. Pale grainy in the second part with a long lasting bitterness. Not bad.
