Keg at CBC Clerko. It pours darkest ruby with a thin light tan head. The nose is soft, juicy, dark fruits, red berry, cherry bakewell, tangy action, source candy and cocoa. The taste is sweet - sour, good mouth - pucker, tangy, dark fruits, cranberry, earthy roast, light vanilla, source prune, earthy roast and red grape skin with a dry, toasty finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Balance is pretty decent. Not bad.

Keg @ Terrace NQ, Manchester. Sour ale that only has a very small sourness. Very dark red with a very thin off-white head. It has a gentle crisp red berry-sweetness that does compliment its sour ale style, with hints of roasted malt in its nose

Keg at the Coach and Horses, Dronfield. Dark reddish brown, clear and translucent. Vinegar, red grapes, a trace of soy sauce. Gentle but assertive sour mixes well with the fruity sweetness. Complex finish with hints of bramble, beetroot, port jelly. Exciting and almost certainly unique among beers. Yum.

Brown color with tan head. Aroma is malty, some hints of fruit. Uhudler, okay, but only if you tell me so. Also some earthiness. Taste is again malty, caramel, fruits. Not very refined or balanced, but ok.
