In vista di una data storica, il 25esimo compleanno del Birrificio, abbiamo voluto commemorare quest’evento unico raccogliendo tutta la nostra esperienza nella produzione di birre in stile IPA. Profilo salino dell’acqua per esaltare i sapori dei luppoli, utizzo di diversi cereali per un corpo morbido, combinazione di differenti tecniche di luppolatura a caldo, fermentazione con lievito inglese e un doppio dry hopping. Il risultato? Atomic, IPA da 6,2% ABV, in cui il ventaglio aromatico dei luppoli Mosaic, Chinook, Citra e Simcoe viene espresso nella sua completezza e prepotenza. Intensa ma pericolosamente beverina. Il modo migliore per brindare insieme a tutti voi che ci avete accompagnato per questi stupendi 25 anni!!!

can bb 13/4/22 dorato piuttosto velata buona schiuma buona persistenza naso fruttato agrume un po resinosa in bocca piuttosto morbida amaro medio piacevole fruttatecon note leggermente esotiche scorrevole

On tap at beer for bunnies. Pours a hazy light yellow. Aroma is hoppy, very refreshing, citrus. Lemon and lemongrass. Flavour is light malt, super fruity, with orange, lemon, lemongrass. Nice.

Tap at Birraio dell'anno 2022, Florence, Italy. Pours hazy pale gold, opaque, with very fine white foam. Aroma is intensely fruity and tropical, citrus, even herbal. Body and carbonation are average, slightly chewy. Taste is medium bitter, with some underlying sweetness. Final is fairly dry.

Can. Pale light hazy yellow, white big foam. Dry grassy, citric, gooseberry. Medium light sweet dry body. Tropical very drinkable base, quick finish.

Munich Ratebeer Group Tasting at Jonas, Garching Friday 22nd October 2021. Pours hazy gold with a filmy white head, soft moutheel, a little grapefruit this is citrussy, nice bitterness. Very good.

Can. Hazy pale yellow color with small white head. Aroma is pithy, powdered sugar. Taste is grassy, dry, leafy, decent bitterness in the back. Good one!

Hazy yellow. Aroma is grassy hoppy with mango and straw. Some oatmeal. Taste is bitter hoppy with fruity smooth juice. Very balanced. Nice.

330ml can. Clear pale yellow amber, good head. Passionfruit, lychee, melon. Flavor has a nice dank character, a bit West Coast-y, very clean with a smooth bitterness and citrus aftertaste. Very easy drinking, nice body, great IPA!
