Bottle at a restaurant in Copenhagen. The colour is cloudy brown with a small light beige head. Aroma of nuts, bread, fudge, leather and some tobacco. Flavour of nuts, dates, rye bread and leather. Has a slick and slightly soft mouth feel, light to medium body and a light bitterness. Malty and fairly light brown ale.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear orangey brown with a beige head. Interesting aroma of overripe fruit, candy caramel. Fairly light in body, again sweet and candy-like, nu real roast or nuttiness as I would expect in a Brown Ale. No bitterness either. A Brown light. And easy drinking indeed. 190220
