nose of honey, bready, some citrus. A bit weird too. Sweet, malty flavor, honey and sweet orange, not much in the hop department. somewhat syrupy and cloying. I don’t really get this. Ok, but not my thing.

Bottle, Stirchley Wines, Birmingham. Clear golden pour with a small white head. Aroma showed traces of caramel malts and some fragrant hoppage. Flavour was bready malts and grassy hops. Some pleasing earthy bitterness lurked. and lingered into the finish. Nothing to get too worked up about, but all considered, quite a funky wee monkey...

Bottle. Orange malt and orange peel aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Sweet orange malt and moderate orange peel flavor. Okay.

12 ounce bottle into signature pint glass, bottled 5/3/2012. Pours lightly cloudy golden amber color with a small 1 finger fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings down the glass. Aromas of caramel, herbal, pine, floral, biscuit, light citrus, and earthy spiciness. Pretty nice and pleasant aromas with good balance. Taste of caramel, biscuit, pine, herbal, floral, toast, light citrus, and earthy spiciness. Good amount of spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of caramel, biscuit, pine, herbal, floral, and earthy spiciness. Good bitterness/sweetness balance; with a fair amount of complexity of flavors. No cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a fairly creamy and lightly crisp mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is very well hidden with pretty much zero warming noticed after the finish. Extremely smooth and easy to drink. Overall this is a nice English IPA. Well balanced with a nice flavor profile; very easy to drink. Wouldn’t mind having it again; fresher next time too. Quite enjoyable.

Bottle at GBBF - 08/08/12. Golden amber with a medium white head. Sweet malt and grassy hops on the nose. Biscuit malt taste with earthy hops, citrus and a little herbadelics. Medium bodied and carbonation, clean crisp finish.

Bottle. Hazy orange with a large lasting head. Arom is dusty hop. Flavour has an even bitterness to go with fruit and forest. Overall a bit watery

355ml bottle. Clear orangey golden colour with small frothy white head. Fruity aroma has notes of peach, grapefruit, some bitter hop. Taste is slightly sweet fruity, bitter hoppy finish with a soapy touch.

Hazy gold beer. Little white head. Semi soft palate, dry. Lagerish dry malt with a little orange and grapefruit. Dull and disappointing.

Bottle. Hazy, light gold color with small head. Bottle describes it as an English IPA. Distinctly different than hoppy American IPAs. This is very much a pale ale. Overall, a nice beer that I think I would enjoy with fish and chips.

Bottled 355ml. -from Beer Shop Ljubljana. Slightly hazy golden coloured, small off-white head, toasted malt and hops in the nose. Moderate malty, caramel and hops with pleasant grassy notes. Also something that reminds me on black Indian tea. Dry bitterish finish with hint of alcohol.
