Flight at the Marktschänke. Pours a clear pale yellow color with a nice white head. Aroma is grainy, sweetish fruits. Taste is sweet fruits, apples, grass and grains, very soft foamy mouthfeel, not nearly as crisp as other examples. I like this! A different take on a Helles.

Draught: Hazy, golden, creamy white head; mild grainy-fruity nose with a mild tannic background and traces of unfermented wort; light to moderate sweet flvour with a very delicate bitterness, light bodied, sticky; mild sweetish grainy-fruity finish. Disappointing…

Taster at the breweryschank in the Market. Slightly hazy gold with a fine head. Creamy malt nose, lightly fruity, low hop. Sweet, smooth, biscuit, low carbonation. Almost flat. Too flat. Oranges and apricot. Too sweet and flat.

On tap at the brewpub, 8/8/2014. A malty lager, with touch of hop and lengthy, bitter, finish. Good.
