Bottle from an online shop. My last Flügge, sadly! Dark red, almost no head. Red fruit and light caramel hints on the nose. The flavor is super bready, mid-bodied malty caramel, overall moderate complexity and bitterness. Tasty.

CLear mahagoni. Aroma is chestnur honey roast dried figs light perfume and resin. Taste is sweet melasses with some honey and hints of fresh sour fruit. Quite dense and with a nice dried fruit finish. More similar to a Doppelbock than Biere de Garde from my feeling. Nice anyway-.

Bottle. Haz orange-red amber, low tanned cream. Nice fruity sweet mineral-roast aroma. Medium full dry body, minerally, bready roast, malonoidin, juicy malt, nice bitter backstop. Dry roast and mineral aftertaste.

Bottle. Hazy dark amber-brown color with eggshell head. Aroma is a bit soapy, chocolate, flowery. Taste is chocolate, flowery, a bit fruity, but not dark or red fruits, more yellow fruits, mango etc. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation, nice chewiness. Pretty tasty!

0.33 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, bottled in September 2021. Slightly hazy, deep reddish amber with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, malty, gently yeasty aroma of caramel, clove, some overripe banana and a touch of orange peel. Gently sweet, malty, slightly yeasty taste of caramel, nuts, light chocolate, clove, some overripe banana and traces of lemon peel, followed by a short, gently yeasty-spicy, slightly bitter, moderately dry finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant, very authentic, well-brewed as always.

Bottle thanks to hauxe. Don't get to try many of this style. Pours opaque brown with a thin fizzy beige head. Malty, bit of yeast, dark fruit notes, caramel, malty sweetness at the finish but not overdone. Good one.

Auburn with a frothy, white head that fades completely. Malty, toffee aroma with berry hints. Taste is mildly sweet with a subtle fruity tartness at the finish. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. Nice chewiness. Pleasant.

Tastes a lot like a slightly funkier version of the Rotbier from today's advent. Very malty, not a ton of farmhouse. Disappointing as it's not what I was hoping but certainly a tasty drink.
