Taste is slightly fruity and minimally floral hoppy, mild bitterness, sweet-ish, minimally biscuity, pale malty basis, minimally diluted hints of apricot, mirabelle, a touch of lychee and melon; lingering, slightly fruity and minimally waxy, hoppy finish. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth, minimally dry palate, medium, soft carbonation. Not overly intense but sporting quite some subtleties due to the Callista hop - above average Helles.
