50cl bottle, bought in a cool mix six pack, pours with a clear deep amber body that has long wavelength red hues and supports a thin light tan head. The modest aroma offers up sweet malts, caramel malts and then a light yet sugary molasses note. The taste delivers molasses and caramel malt sweetness that really isn’t cut by much other than an off putting cola like sensation. Into the after taste is a light yet sweet coffee note that does nothing to fight off the sweetness. This is just too sweet for me and its next stop is the sink drain.

(Bottle) Reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty nose with dark bread, roasted grain, nuts, caramel and brown sugar. Malty taste with notes of dark bread, caramel, raisins, a touch of chocolate and coffee, hints of brown sugar and syrup in a finish with a fairly low bitterness. Medium body, quite sweet. Decent, but probably a touch too sweet.

Deep chestnut brown color, decent beige head. Light sweet nose with some bready notes with barnyard aromas. Medium-bodied. Awful artifical sugary flavor, some easter egg chocolate. Overly sweet and horrible.

Bottled (thanks McTapps!). Slightly hazy murky brown colour with a mediumsized off-white fluffy head. Aroma is sweet syrup, mild rubber as well as some metallic and grainy notes. Flavour is sweet syrup, earth and some mild toasted and metallic notes. not very balanced. Rather weak effort.

Dark brown in the glass. The beer starts sweet, malty. The sweet note remains in the mainpart, where a slightly hop-bitterniss arouses and the sweetness turns into something artificial. There is only sugar added, but together with the malty note and the hops it could also be something chemical. The aftertaste is long, sweet-malty and slightly bitter.
