Again a 0,5 l bottle out of Erzengel´s archives. BB 02.10.2023. Murky flat dark yellow golden with a small white head. Some orange and yeast on the nose. Taste has low banana, orange and yeast. Pale grain. But not a lot. Below average carbonated. Okay due to the age.

07-10-20 // 500ml bottle. Again, for 2.9% a great midweek Hefeweizen. Fullbodied. Creamy, light darker malts, banana and spicy clove.

0.5l bottle from getränkemarkt in münchen. pours a hazy orange with a quickly diminishing head. mild aroma of raspberries, caramel, and some banana. flavour of lemon, bread, banana, caramel, mineral water. watery but drinkable.

Bottle (thanks marduk). Pours golden. Aroma is sweet, wheat, sugar. Flavor is sweet and bitter, dugar, wheat, grainy, notes. Body is watery. Overall: drinkable, -1 for a gusher.

500 ml bottle. Pours cloudy amber coloured, small head. Bread, malt, some estery notes. Mild taste, slighly sweet with a minimal sour hint. Watery texture, soft carbonated, light bodied, dull. Not very good, even for a leichtes Weizen.

Hazy orange color with white head. Light, bready, yeasty, quite a bready finish. Not bad, but not special either.

Bananig hefiger Antrunk. Im Mittelteil wird das Bier zwar milder, die Bananigkeit bleibt aber angenehm, Alkoholentzugsaromen sind nicht erkennbar. Im Gegenzug ist die Süße nur noch minimal vorhanden, zum Ende hin wässriger. Gut. 10/8/8/8/8/8
