Bottle: Golden, hazy, no head to speak of; moderate sweetish-wheaty nose with a very light mouldy-cellary tone; light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied, but not watery, smooth; light to moderate sweetish-sourish finish with a light fruity touch. Presumably the best light Weizen I’ve ever had........

Bottled (from beerangel.de). Hazy nutbrown/orange colour with mediumsized beige fluffy head. Aroma is fruits, nuts, some wheat, yeast and mild notes of herbs. Flavour is nuts, quite malty along with some wheat, banana and slight zesty notes. As it warms up also some slight herbal notes become present.

Bottle 50cl.Unclear light to medium yellow orange color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, paper, wheat, light yeasty. Flavor is light to moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20081005]

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a diminished white head. Mild banana aroma and mild wheaty. Mild sweet fruity and wheaty flavoured with a mild finish. Smooth and light, a bit low in flavour on the esters by quite drinkable.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Hazy golden with a white head. Tart, unclean aroma of rotten fruit. Thin and watery with a heavy carbonation. Light notes of banana and yeast. No bitterness - no finish really, it just fades. 051008

bottle, brewed by Unertl for Waldschmidt Getränke Eschlkam, bought in Eschlam. Pale yellow, cloudy, visible and lively carbonation. Malty and yeasty, slightly fruity. Very lively carbonation indeed, which does not add to the otherwise pleasant mouthfeel.
