Sometimes you just want a beer that is mega sessionable. Our Core pale ale is delicious, hazy juicebomb of a beer, balanced with enough bitterness to keep drinkers coming back for more. A baby version of our incredibly popular Spur IPA - Floret is positively bursting at the seams with peach, mango, and pineapple notes, backed up with pithy orange peel form its Citra, Simcoe and Azacca hop bill.

(Draft at Mother Kelly's Bethnal Green, London, 17 July 2026) Pale golden colour, slightly hazy, with frothy white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit, lemon peel and grass. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, grass, tropical fruit, white bread and a balanced citric/grassy bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Hoppy, refreshing and quite sessionable. Very nice.

Can from Sainsbury's and drunk at home. Turbid dirty gold colour lasting white head. Light dankness kn the aroma. Some pineapple flavour. Some citrus flavours. Some bitterness on the finish. Some pale malt to hold the hops up. Some light gooseberry from the Simcoe hops. Yes a very decent modern pale ale.

Can at 4.2%. Semi-hazed yellow-gold with fluffy white top, great lacing. Aroma of lemon, melon, pineapple, light earthiness. Taste has a nice refreshing soft fruity tropical with notes of melon, pineapple, papaya with a herbal, zesty and bitter finish. Medium bodied, zingy carbonation, refreshing.

Can picked up from Sainsbury's and consumed at home Sunday 29th December 2024, shared with Baz. We had a Mexican meal tonight cooked by me and Loz. Listening to Tom Robinson on 6Music. Pours hazy light gold/straw colour with a large foamy head. Tropical and citrus fruits, a little hint of marmalade then some piney and resinous touches, smooth mouthfeel. Very nice.

The aroma is full of exotic fruits with dominant mango, lots of floral and citrus notes. Light yellow, milky colour, medium foam. Thin body, washed out flavours, a bit of malt graininess. Light bitterness in the style of grapefruit albedo. Overall, drinkable but disappointing.
