Bottle at home. Completely black. Some yeast sediment. Little head, foam dissipates quickly. Beautiful aroma of coffee and chocolate, prunes and raisins and a general smooth and rich roastiness. Mouthfeel is very flat, no carbonation at all, and quite thick. Flavour is very rich and complex. Quite sweet but also rather bitter, with some earthiness from the hops. Coffee especially and chocolate are nicely present but not overwhelming. Some milky/oaty creaminess. Bitter finish with the herbal/earthy notes from before but no long roasty aftertaste. Very delicate but very nice imperial stout which is extremely drinkable.

From tap. Pours pitch black with a huge off white to tan head. Aroma is roasted, chocolate and dark malty. Smooth roasted, slight fruity. Mild yeasty. Chocolate malty, bitter, roasted and slight sweet. Toasted and lingering dark malty finish.

At Craft Bier Festival Rapperswil. Coffee, roasted malts, very dry bitter finish. Quite light for this ABV.

Tap at CBF. Underpowered and overcarbonized for an Imperial Stout, but not too bad otherwise. Could be a bit sweeter.
