In der Nase Malz, im Trunk ebenso wahrnehmbar, kernig, würzig, leicht röstig. Dürfte gern noch intensiver sein.

Klare rötlich bräunliche Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, brotiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, brotig, leicht röstmalzig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.
