Clear dark amber/copper colour, with a nice thick brownish head, lacing. Smell is malty, sweet, with bread notes. Taste also, with even nuts and licorice notes. Sweet dunkel, nice.

Bottled 500ml. -from beerangel.de shared with Doggythedog.
Darker amber coloured, small off-white head, weak notes of nuts in the nose. Mild roasted malt, milk chocolate and caramel with light coffee notes in rather sweet finish. All in all could be better.

Bottle from beerangel.de, shared with ogivlado Poured a brown bodym relatively pale, with a medium sized off white head that went away relatively fast. Some roasty malt in the nose, weak. The taste delivers on the weak promise. Too watery, light roastiness, not too sweet, not too bad, not interesting.

Clear amber with a medium sized beige head. Aroma had roasted malt, caramel and hints of chocolate. Flavour was sweet and had roasted malt, caramel, chocolate and rye bread. The grassy hops came through towards the finish. Nice one.

Bottle. A clear, copper-colored beer with a dense, finger-thick off-white head. Malty sweetness and a light vegetal touch in the aroma. Dried fruits, caramel, grains and some roasted notes too. Maybe a hint of alcohol. The flavor is caramel sweet with grains. Some metal and bitterness towards the end, growing stronger towards the finish. The finish is sweet also. Full-bodied and smooth. Maybe a bit on the sweet side, but tasteful and easy drinkable. 090728
