American IPA, 16° Plato, 5.8% ABV. Chtěli jsme vytvořit pořádnou zakalenou moderní IPA bez ovsa nebo pšenice. Komplexní chmelení a složení sladů by vytvořilo jemnou strukturu nasycenou chmelem a vysokou pitelnost. Tady je. Působivá oranžová barva hezky ladí s intenzivním aroma pomerančové kůry a manga a chmelovou plností, která zalije všechny chmelové pohárky. Tohle pivo je jemné a zároveň hořké, abyste si ho mohli užít nejen u hezkého západu slunce, ale i dlouho po něm.
We wanted to brew a full-blown hazy IPA with no oats or wheat. Complex hopping and grain bill would create a nice creamy mouthfeel with intense hop presence and increased drinkability. Here it is. Eye-catching orange color leads to explosion of orange rind and mango on the nose and is followed by a tongue-covering flow of hops. Tap at Zil verne. Medium body, med-high carbonation. Medium juicy sweetness, medium bitterness, slightly grassy, a touch of vomit and warmth too. Mostly centered on hops though, med-high stone fruits, moderate exotic and citrusy. Easy drinking, quite good.

Bottle. Pours hazy pale gold with white head. Hoppy citruses on nose. Tastes hoppy, citruses, bit of pine. Very nice
