Swing top bottle. Slightly sweet apple-banana and wheat malt aroma. Hazy golden yellow color with moderate head. Slightly sweet banana and wheat malt flavor - a watered-down version of their regular weizen. Drinkable, but when it’s only 2% less than their regular weizen, what’s the point?

(swing top bottle) Hazy, orange colour with a big and slightly cream-coloured foamy head. Mildly sweet and minimal sour yeasty and wheaty nose with a touch of cloves, vanilla and rather shy fruity notes. Light-sweet flavour with just a tinge of acidity, literally light-bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Slim malty base, but with a present wheat-character and again very discreet fruity notes; slightly sweet and sour, spritzy wheaty finish with a whiff of apricots in the aftertaste. One of the better light Weizen (16.IV.09).

swing top bottle (500ml). -at Bayerischer Donisl, Munich.
Cloudy yellow/orange coloured, huge white head, skunky acidic nose. Lively carbonation. Ordinary Pschorr weisse with less alcohol. Banana, orange and mild cloves with a bit too harsh hop bitterness in the finish.

Big offwhite head. Hazy deep orange body with carbonation. Light peppery banana aroma. Dry spicy bananaish taste, slightly watery, with peppery chalky notes. Faint sweetness. Dry peppery herbal aftertaste with banana notes. Sharpish, chalky mouthfeel. Not as full as it should be, but better than most alc-frees. Decent. (0.5l bottle at Hackerhaus, München.)

Fully hazy yellow-orange with mossy shine; good white head. Banana, cloves, wheat; all the classicals, as for a full-size wheat. Very classical citrus-banana, mostly sweet-sour balanced, but all in place. MF being the only maybe: telling you’re drinking a kind of nablab. This HAS to get extra points because in the low-calory range, it is perfect. For a low(er) alcohol, this has quite something to tell.

Poured a cloudy orange amber with a white thick head. The smell was a yeast dough. Very bread like flavor and filling just the same.

Banana and clove, some napkin nose. Huuuge head, good looking wheat. Thin and cardboardy - banana cannot hide that.
