In Dulce Jubilo - Nøgne Ø Julequad 2020 matured one year on Oloroso sherry barrels. The barrels offer an almost honey-sweet fruit compote where dried cherries are most prominent, followed by tobacco, leather and, of course, all the delicious toffee, raisin and prune flavor from the original brew.

Mørk med beige skum. Lukter kirsebær, trevirke, svisker. Myk i munnfølelse. smaker kirsebær, karamell, rosiner. Kan sammenlignes med en mild likør. Lang avslutning hvor du sitter igjen med noe alkoholvarme og bærsødme.
